It is no wonder that way back on July 24, 2008, just ahead of the Parliamentary elections of 2009, Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi, came to Kalain village of Baikunthapur, 25 km from here, to lay the foundation stone of a Cement Corporation of India unit.
