An eight-day cleft surgery mission takes off tomorrow in the valley hoping to treat at least 100 children suffering from deformity either by birth or accident. The porgramme titled as Operation Smile was expected to bring smiles closer to the people through cleft surgery to be conducted by the international cleft care NGO in this town, programme manager Abhishek Sengupta said yesterday at a news conference here.
