News on Silchar: Lumding-Silchar trains cancelled due to landslides in N.C.Hills areas. Both Silchar-bound Barak Valley Express and Silchar-bound Cachar Express train was suspended. There is heavy rain in South Assam which is creating communication problem for the people of this area.
